body. An agent is the term given to an organisation or individual undertaking outsourcing
assessment for certification services on behalf of PSV. The terms and conditions and the certification activities of PSV are subject to the laws of the
Malaysia and said countries. PSV shall not be liable retrospectively for consequences, costs
or damages arising from changes or introduction of such laws or Government Instruments
which may subsequently invalidate PSV certification activities.
